This is likely to be a Wordpress plugin error on your friends WP site.

There is nothing you can change on the your site that would help this but it has been mentioned many times on various support forums to do with Wordpress. Some people have identified problems with a specific WP plugin but I don't know if it is associated with more than one plugin.

MailChimp doesn't recognise the feed url either - though google reader does.

Hello Dyfed,

Is there a diagnostic utility with MailChimp that can inspect your feed?

If not then you may also like to try feed-validator,org which will analyse your RSS and give you a report. What you could do then is send that report to MailChimp and see if they have any suggestions. A lot of the analysis is pedantic and it needs a specialist to really understand the significance.

You may also like to try the feed to MailChimp with and without syndication?

Hello dyfed,

I'm wondering if it's also due to a certain browser? I know that Chrome does not support RSS feeds. Could that be something you could look into?
