ok heres the issue agian.... okk i have a thankyo page with a redirect link. i wan to remove /change the redirect link. so i double click on html box it opens i rename the subpage i want it to go to click ok. nothing happens...click cancel nothen happens.. so i have to back out a using browser. so i click back on open to enter my site builder go back to thankyou page and try nagian same thing happens so i try it a different way by deleting widgert altogether it deletes but in site builder it redirects me to the original redirect page i had named even though i deleted it. now the page dropdown box says the thankyopage so i try to go to different page with no success i click save with no success. the only way to stop any of this from happening is by deleteing page and starting over... im tired of doing that. obviously it is an issue with the site builder since the only code im using is a redirect link and the yola site builder is recognizing the link and redirecting me within the site builder. and mind you when i start this process and say want to go to site manager and click open on a different page it wont let me. since obviously the redirect link is getting recognized through in site builder and is doing something... i am sending login info to support so they can handle this it is very annoying and i am a paying customer so please fix as soon as possible. its a small bug but with a big bite! lol thks

Hi Nick,

Its not really a bug, its doing what your telling it to do... It's redirecting, if the site builder didnt recognise code the whole page would look like plain text till you published.

The only thing you could do was set the redirect time to longer, this would give you time to edit it. Or get the page in a state your happy with then apply the code. It is after all just a redirecting page, it should be quite simple.

Hi Nick - Lee is right, the redirect code is simply working as it should be and redirecting. I would suggest clicking on the "stop loading this page" button in your browser and then removing the code. Make all your necessary changes and then once done, you add the code back to the page.

Hmm, it would be really tough to get rid of the widget once it is set to 0 because it will redirect the page immediately. Does the page load at all so you can try to quickly delete the widget with the redirect code?

Not the best news but I would suggest just forgetting about that page, save what you can from the live page and make a new one.

A redirect page shouldn't really need to have to much on it anyway.

Hi Nick,
I have received your email to support and also found the other email that you sent. I see that Sanja replied to that email 1 day ago. Can you check your spam/junk mail folder to see if it might have gone in there. Let me know.

Hi Emmy, could you please send any solution to me as well. I do not have time to edit anything on the thank you page before it redirects to my home page. I've tried using the back button on the browser as I cannot get back to the thank-you page again in the editor - even then, there is no time to edit or switch of the code. Thanks, Omal

I use Firefox (which works best with Yola) and Firefox has great apps, I happen to use a verify redirect app which alerts me when being redirected and what site it's going to. When it pops up in the site builder, I just click "No" and it stays on the page. Here is the app for firefox.

Thanks for the quick responses.

lambofgod, using Firefox and the addon seems to have done the trick. You've saved me from having to recreate the page! Cheers.
