Yola never charges for upgrades that weren't requested by our customers. When I look up the Yola account associated with your Forum e-mail address, I can see that you have Yola Bronze, and that your hosting package has just been renewed. Without a hosting package you won't be able to use your custom domain name for your Yola website.

If you'd still like to cancel your hosting package, please contact us via our Contact Support Form as we cannot process account-related requests on our public Support Forum. Please make sure to e-mail us from your login e-mail address. Thanks.

I understand that, but what happened to the price increase?! I signed up and approved 35 USD (domain PLUS Bronze) and I was charged 50 USD just for the Bronze, PLUS an additional 12 USD for the domain.

Our price for Yola Bronze has been US$ 49.95 (annual payment) for one and a half years. When you purchased your subscriptions, you were given a first-time discount. Hosting packages and domains are separate products and are billed separately. This allows you to have multiple domains while paying for hosting just once. After a first-time discount, your subscriptions will be renewed at our normal prices from the next billing cycle.

I hope for your understanding that we cannot offer you domain and hosting for US$ 34.95 per year on the long term, and we believe that the features of Yola Bronze are worth the price.
