Hi, I have moved my domain away from yola in the last few weeks, and when doing so I cancelled the auto update of my silver subscription so i wouldn't be charged. However today i have received an email with an invoice for £55. I would like this amount to be refunded as it should never have been taken.

Please can you then delete my yola account, as i no longer have any use for it.

My full name is Mr Daniel Howes, and the website I had registered was www.loveyourmemories.co.uk
