Refund as I don't need the account anymore

Hello, I wasn't intending on renewing my account for this year. My payment method was expired and I didn't update it on purpose so you would cancel the account as I couldn't find any method to do so on my own. Somehow, the payment was still settled although the credit card you have is expired and destroyed. I now found out how to cancel the automatic renewal and the account and I was wondering whether there is any method you could refund me as I don't need the website anymore. Thanks

You really need to contact support@yola.com ....They will need account details to help you out that should not be on a public forum.
