Refund request was denied. Next option?

Hello,

Can I exchange my silver plan for a new .com domain name? I was already told I could not get a refund. When I purchased this package I was under the impression it was web hosting instead of whatever it is.

A domain name is less money than I paid for the silver package so I think this is a good way for you to meet me half way.

Yola's Terms of Service (http://www.yola.com/terms) state that there is a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid services, however this does not apply to domain name registration, other domain name services, Yola Premier, and for already redeemed credits.
