Refund with Yola Silver?

I purchased Yola Silver less than a week ago. I am unsatisfied with the service here at Yola because we are very limited on what we are able to do with customizing our webpages.

I would like a refund on Yola Silver (which I paid 50 dollars for). I still get to keep the domain name right? So I wouldn't get a full refund?

Also If I get a refund, do I still get to keep my website? (I used a free template btw)

In terms of customizing your webpages, I wonder if perhaps you have yet to unlock the wealth of potential you can do with your site. Would you be able to share with us what you are wanting to do and we can give you possible suggestions?

If you are still wanting to have a refund for your Yola Silver, please email support@yola.com and I can refer your request to our Payments Department.

You would still be able to keep your domain name as well as keep your website.

I just feel that when using yola we are forced to use your templates and not able to make complete changes. For example I couldn't figure out how to change the look of the navigation bar. I also couldn't use wordpress with yola.

I know that with this website, you are trying to make it easy for the average user to make their own webpages, but maybe in the future you could have an "advanced" area where you can customize your website even more.

Idk That is just my opinion. I will get my refund in the next few days.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am not sure if you are aware but we will be releasing a revamped Yola Silver package where the ability to edit the CSS of your site is allowed! In addition, it will also have these features:

* Unlimited Premium Styles (Jan. 2011)
* Premium phone support (Jan. 2011)
* Premium email support (Jan. 2011)
* Sub-menu site navigation (approx. March 2011)

Since you are a current Yola Silver user, you automatically get upgraded to the new Yola Silver package! If you should want to still to be refunded, you will need to contact us at support@yola.com.

Why have you taken money from my account after you agreed to cancel it?
As I said before you didn’t inform me or send me an invoice just took the payment.
When will you return my money?

Yes, I would like a refund as well. I paid for my domain and my website using Paypal. I had no idea that it would automatically place an "authorized billing" plan on my account. I never authorized a back up payment source with Paypal. I just wanted to let my website go and downgrade to the free service. I think I am still within the 30 day policy as well from the renewal date.

Hi i have emailed yola support on March 21st to cancel my silver package renewal

i was sent a link via email on March 22nd to cancel my subscription.

I sent a email on March 25th regarding my refund and i also used the contact support form.

No response in over a week now regarding my refund.

After i recieved the email from support i deleted my account as the domain

gadgethut.ca has expired. i have paypal receipt and other documentation in my email.

I've found an e-mail from you where you cancelled all your subscriptions with Yola. We have cancelled everything and responded asking you to kindly let us know your reasons for us to improve our product. We didn't hear back from you and we didn't get any e-mail from you on the 25 Mar 2013.

I've forwarded your request to our Payment specialists, and they will check what they can do for you. I will keep you posted on this thread.

Apologies for the delay in coming back to you. I can confirm that your payment has been refunded, and will be credited to your PayPal account within 3-5 days, once the payment has cleared. Please let us know if you don't receive the credit.
