I am truly disappointed with Yola as, having been a customer for several years, firstly without warning they took the download button off so I could not put my site on Just host - then they informed me that there was another way of doing this with a special Java script text...and a few months later they took this facility off again without informing me - therefore I am now unable to publish an updated version of our Yola can be happy to take our money without informing us of the removal of this facility I will never understand, and i am truly disapointed. Now I am in the busiest time of our year and will have to employ someone to build a new website as I just do not have time to do this myself....this does badly affect my business...but I don;t feel that Yola care about that!

Hi Dawn,

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We absolutely understand your frustration. Unfortunately we were forced to de-prioritize this feature due to lack of use and the cost of maintaining it. The vast majority of our members opt to both build and host their websites with Yola so we decided to focus all of our engineering resources on that. It was far too time consuming and costly to maintain a feature that needed constant updating due to external changes beyond our control. I am sorry that we failed in communicating this change in our offering in advance.

If you decided you would like to host your website with Yola instead of completely rebuilding your website elsewhere, I will happily add two months of Yola Bronze to your account free of charge. Please reply with your website address if you would like me to add 2 months of free hosting to your account.
