Removing default payment method for online store

Hi,

I purchased the online store in March and no longer need it for my website. I have tried to remove the default payment details as I do not want to pay for it again, however, I'm not allowed to do so.

Could you please advise how to remove this?

Would you mind letting us know why you wouldn't like to go on with your Yola Online Store? Have you got any questions or problems that we could first try to assist you with?

If you'd still like to quit your Yola Online Store, let me know, and I'll give you the steps to do so.

Thanks for the reply - to answer your question, there were no problems with the online store, it was easy to use etc. it's simply not any use for how my business works.

If you could let me know how to cancel the default payment that would be great.

Hi Jim,

If you no longer wish to use your Yola Online Store, there are two options available to you.

1) If you'd simply like to remove the Yola Online Store from your website, you can remove the widget from your page by clicking on "x" in the top-right corner of the widget. This does not cancel your subscription, your store remains active and you can re-add the widget at any point.

2) If you'd like to cancel your Yola Online Store subscription you can do so via My Yola > Account and click "Cancel" next to the Yola Online Store feature. If you have purchased the Yola Online Store for the length of one year, and are past the 30-day refund period, your subscription will remain active until the end of the purchased year. If you have a monthly billing subscription, it will be canceled at the end of the next billing period.

Please note: Canceling your Yola Online Store subscription does not delete your store's content (i.e., the products that you have added). To access your store again, simply resubscribe and your store will be made available again.

I also wish to cancel but there is no "cancel" next to my online store only "renew".

It also just states enabled.

Also why cant I delete my card details under payment methods?

If you have running subscriptions with us, you can't remove all your payment methods because we need to store your payment information for auto-billing when it comes to renewal. Your stored payment information is safe with Yola.

If you don't want to go on with your Yola Online Store, please send us your request via our Contact Support Form, and kindly let us know your reasons for us to improve Yola. Thanks.

I wish to remove my payment method but your site wont let me.
