Removing Facebook comments from my website

The facebook social plugin: when I try to delete/report inappropriate posts that strangers are posting on my website, I am prompted by a new Facebook window to 'Log in' - even though I am already logged in to Facebook on another tab. If I DO click 'log in' and enter my user name/password, the action produces no change and I'm back to square one, looping again. What do I do?

Hi Natasha,

It sounds like it could be an issues with cookies.

It is a bit basic but to start could you please try and clearing your cache and cookies and reloading your browser and see if you can then moderate the comments. Here is a handy Tutorial

If this doesn't help, please let me know.

I am incurring the same issue, when I go through my facebook page to moderate the comment made on company website, the comment is not showing up at all. Is there any quick fix?
