Hello Tony

I'm not sure if I understood everything you said correctly. If you have registered your domain with a typo more than 5 days ago, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel it any more. Once registered, domain names cannot be changed or replaced. This applies in general, and is beyond Yola's control. You will need to let your domain expire. You can now register a new domain and additionally publish your Yola website to it.

If you have registered your domain with GoDaddy, you will need to contact their support for cancelling your domain.

In order to cancel auto-renewal for your domain that you have with us and let it expire, please send us an e-mail via our Contact Support Form, and we'll be able to assist you further.

Please give me more details if this doesn't answer you question. Thanks.

Hello Tony

I've found your other post which makes it a bit clearer to me what the problem is. We will refund you for the domain auntizeitunie.net with the typo. We also noticed that you paid for Yola Gold twice, and we'll refund for one Yola Gold purchase as well. Please note that we normally don't refund for domains registered, but we made an exception in your case.

I'll respond to your publishing problem with your external domain on the other thread.
