Are you referring to a link in the email or a link within your My Yola?

Hi Tony,

You can renew your account from your MyYola Account page as well as from the Sitebuilder or email. If you can clarify where you are receiving a broken link and tell us what the error message says, we'll be happy to research further. You can also try from another browser or clear your cache. Could you try clearing your cache?

i get this..no matter if do on front page or from my account page

Hi Tony,

I'm not able to replicate this from your MyYola account page or your Sitebuilder using Firefox. What browser are you using? Have you tried from an alternate browser or cleared your cache? I have also logged this for our engineers to review in the meantime.

This error has been reported approximately 14 times on this forum and each time there has been a similar response of not being able to replicate it.

It's obviously a specific error and it's reasonably systematic. By now It should have been pursued to discovery surely?.
