Can't make a payment through Yola site, they reject every credit card, call support and they suggest to download Firefox, still having the same problem. i don't want to use Paypal and the connection with the payment department is really slow! Another suggestion?

Hi MariaL,

I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing a payment's problem. We do find that occasionally users who are using Internet Explorer experience a bug where they are unable to make a payment, however they are successful when they use another browser, so that is why we ask you to also ask you to try using Firefox.

Our Payment system has very strict address validation rules, so it could be that your cards are being rejected because of the address (for example a typo), and that is why they are all rejected as they use the same address.

We do offer PayPal as another means to make a payment for these cases. If you are unable to use PayPal and your card is being declined, then my best suggestion would be to try a friend or family members card.

We would like you to be successful with your payment, so please let us know how it goes.

I'm using actually Firefox, after customer support suggestion, I'm a customer since 2009 and never have a problem with payments on your site, my credit cards are working just perfectly fine and there are no typos!, what I'm trying to do is connect with your payment department. I don't use Paypal anymore because I'm receiving spams, already reported. I understand restrictions, but I had try with different cards and they are not declined, your site can't process, my time to renew is running out! so I need helpful solutions , your suggestions aren't helpful at all.

Thank you for trying to use Firefox, it is appreciated. I work in the Payments Department and I would like to try and help you make your payment ASAP.

As these are the first round of Yola Silver renewals for the first account holders, we appreciate your loyalty and you will have a further 90 days to renew once your account reaches expiry, so please don't be concerned that you will lose your account.

As you no longer have another PayPal account, I will need to speak with our technical staff to try and determine why your cards have been declined so that we can find a resolution.

As soon as I have an update I will let you know. Thank you for working through this with us.

Thank you for your answer, I appreciate the information.
I also want to ask you: why can't I speak directly with the payment department to process my payment, seems to me that this is the fastest and easiest way for everybody.
