My site is only good until the end of the month. I want to take advantage of today's sale...I am not seeing where to do it. Please help.

Hi Janice,
You can login to your account and click the Account link on the left. From there, click the link to renew, and use the "Enter promotional code" above the Order total to enter the code from the promotional email.

I agree, I can't see the renewal link mentioned either under Account.
I see that you have clicked on Domains, Jen has instructed click on Account.
Are you on a monthly payment plan by chance?

I only paid for one month originally as I was testing site...it seems to have renewed itself as I made it in the beginning of June. I am having trouble getting my domain over...right now a temporary domain is pointing to the yola. So because of that issue I hadn't committed yet. ( I thought) the sale convinced me to commit despite my domain issue.

The similarity here is that my account is on a monthly renewal so I'm wondering if this is preventing the coupon renewal access? It's a bit of a mess if it is.

I apologize for my late reply on this as I was offline when this was posted. The promotional email you received included this statement:
*Promo code gives 50% off annual Yola Silver or the first month if purchased monthly.
Since you have already purchased for one month, the fact that you are unable to apply the code to a second month is in line with how the promotion was intended to work. However, we want to make this right by you and allow you to experience the offer as you understood it. Please email support as Gop suggested and we will work something out.
