I have already renewed my website and have had the money taken from my account. However I am still receiving emails to say I need to renew please help?

Hello Sara,

The most common reason for this is the fact that your Yola purchased domain(s) and your Yola hosting plan are separate bills and come at different times.

Please check both invoices to see if in fact one was for hosting and the other is for a domain.

If this then is still discrepant please send a message via their Contact Customer Support link at the bottom section of this page.
