I am pretty dam sure i paid up for my bronze package recently.....but just received an email from Yola saying i have 90 days to pay up!!!

This is what i have copied from my account so that someone could possibly help!

So do i need to pay more money? Im sure i paid recently

Any help would be apreciated.

Hello Matt,

I'm guessing here, but think that the current demand for payment is for your domain.

Domains and hosting plans (eg Bronze) are separate payments now (from Dec last year) and the bills are now sent out separately. This is a common query!.

Your domain payment is probably for about $12?

Gop's guess sounds like it could be right on Matthew. Our domain and hosting package pricing structure changed last December and are now separate.

I'm happy to verify this for you but I was unable to find an account for the email address associated with this forum. Can you please reply with your website address?
