Renewal/acct fee increases....last straw

trying to renew domain and acct....going back and forth with yola support for days over fee and acct. issues. Now my domain has expired and trying to renew all I get is a server down "oops" message. Been a customer for 2 yrs with a site that has had over 10,000 hits in 2 yrs. My issue is the fee increase...argued for days with staff with the fact that the fee for the year to cont with what I've had for 2 yrs is costing almost $50 more that it has the previous 2 yrs, but not getting anymore for that increase. Silver no longer offers free domain...so would still have to pay $20 for that renewal. I just don't get it...$50 more?....I have to "purchase" the domain I originally purchased from yola...AND I am carrying their logo at my current bronze status....so in a nutshell...$50 more for the year, I get nothing...but they cont. to get advertising on a site that is very active...NOW...at this point, begrudgingly...I am "throwing in the towel" cause the non profit assoc. I manage the site for can't be interrupted....and I get "oops" we're having server issues...then I went into advanced settings for my acct...and this is where I about reach my limit...IT'S IN SPANISH.....really? Yeah I got a bit nasty with one of the staff...so I'm hoping this isn't some kind of "that'll fix her" kind of thing. I need to be updated...renewed...upgraded to silver even if it doesn't come with domain...just because I want to get rid of yola logo cause I am done being their "cyber billboard" by the end of the day...so advise. Off to decompress, which may take alcohol intervention...and hope to check back and find things working!

Now it seems I cannot sign out...and when I click "my yola" I get a "pg not available...blah..blah". I'm stuck

So sorry to hear about all this. It looks like you have run into a number of bugs when trying to renew your account. I think I can sort this out for you but I am having trouble locating you on our system. Wondering if you perhaps use a different email address for your Yola account?

If so, please send an email to support@yola.com and mark it "Attention: Monique" and I will make sure this is fully resolved.

Still waiting...can't pay renewal fee for either domain or acct. domain expired and as I said it belongs to an active non profit org. please don't pull it...can't renew if I can't access. I can't understand why you can't either. I just signed in and was able to make changes to my site...but yet you seem not to be able to find it??? Someone the other day said she went in to combine acct info(was in my name) and domain info (in the org's name)....did she screw something up? I need this fixed!
