Renewal and Upgrade option fails

I'm not able to renew or upgrade my account. I'm getting this error message: {'channel_error': u'Basket started with product (sku=40000112,type=gxbo_bronze_bundle) not compatible with this channel (name=myyola_renew_bronze,allowed_types=bronze_bundle_renewal)', 'error': 'channel_error'}

I have been trying for the last week both through the renewal email and directly from My Account. I signed up last January using a free for businesses promotion.

According to our system your domain expired in July 2012 because it wasn't renewed. This means that you lost this domain, and it was put back on the market for resale. Can you please try to purchase it again from us from your My Yola dashboard? You will find links to buy a domain at multiple places. If it's still available, you can repurchase it and use it for your website. Your Yola Bronze package is still running until January next year.

If you get an error message when you try to purchase it, please let me know.

If you want to upgrade your hosting package, please try this after the domain purchase from your My Yola > Account section. If you encounter any difficulties, please let me know.
