Unable to renew domain name - {'channel_error': u'Basket started with product (sku=40000112,type=gxbo_bronze_bundle) not compatible with this channel (name=myyola_renew_silver,allowed_types=silver_bundle_renewal)', 'error': 'channel_error'}

This is a bug that is being currently worked on. There is no published release date but seems to be a high priority by Yola.

Hi Rdiotte,

Gop is quite correct - we are currently working on the renewal facility for our GYBO customers, which is why the option to renew is unavailable at this time, and you are receiving this error message.

Once the renewal facility is up and running we will send you an email and you will have the option to renew at that time. We will not allow your subscription to expire without giving you a fair chance to renew it.

Hello Kirsty

In our system I can see that your domain has not expired, but is still running until next year. Also, your subscription is on auto-renewal. This means that you do not need to do anything to ensure that your domain is running. Did the renewal problem sort itself out in the meantime?
