When I look up your account in our system, I can see that your domain expired a couple of months ago. I'm afraid it's too late to renew it again now.
What you can try to do is to purchase it again with us. If it is still available, you will be able to buy it again.
Every time your domain is about to expire, you should receive reminder e-mails for the renewal from us. Did you get those e-mails? They will be sent to the login e-mail of your Yola account. Can you please make sure that you have still access to your e-mail account and that our reminder e-mails do net get into your junkmail or spam folders? Please let us know if you should not have received our reminders.
