Renewal not showing for my site...

Back in December, 2011, I paid to renew my account. I wasn't able to continue at the Silver, but paid for the Bronze. I'm STILL showing my account is expired and needs to be renewed! Uhhhh, what's going on? Where's my payment and why is my site still expired and only on the free version?

Suggest you send an email to support@yola.com. You can then include the details of the transaction etc and allow this info to remain private for your benefit.

Hope you're able to work this out very quickly with the accounts people.

I do see that your domain kitalacetasteepee.com has been renewed through 12-25-2012 and is currently published ot the web. If you are seeing messaging that differs from this we would like to investigate further, but you can rest assured your domain has been renewed.
