Renewal of web site

I received your email asking me to renew my web site, i pressed renew and it took me to payment, so i paid, it then took me to another page and asked to to confirm renewal so i confirmed and now i think i have been charged £17.95 twice as now i have 2 receipts, please can you confirm that i am not paying twice totalling £35.90 as that was not the deal

I wasn't able to track your Yola account in our system, using the e-mail address of your Get Satisfaction profile. For requests like yours we will definitely need your Yola sign up e-mail in order to check, or your URL in case you have already published a Yola website.
