renewed my domain subscription but my website & email is not working?? any ideas

I have renewed bth my yola subscription & my domain Subscription.
When I try to access my email I get a error message saying that it cant connect to the server.
When I try to go into my website( ) it does not show up!!!

I can confirm that according to our system you've successfully renewed all required subscriptions to use your website and your Yola Mail. However, I wasn't able to replicate the errors you're reporting. When I log into your My Yola and go the Yola Mail page, I'm able to open the webmail login page by clicking on the "Check inbox" buttons.

Also, your website is up and running on my end.

Can you please try to clear your cache and cookies?

If that doesn't help, can you please let me know what browser and which version you're using?
