Renewing my domain

My domain name expired whilst I was travelling and now it says on my Yola account that it isn't available for renewal. It has only expire by about 40 days - is there anything I can do to get it back? I have tried emailing Yola but got a standard reply saying they are too busy replying to gold customers to reply to free ones - I'm not free, I was a silver account holder. But even so they should be able to respond to free customers as well!
Also Yola say that after 30 days it is impossible to renew a domain. I have checked with Nominet and Tucows who both say that it is perfectly possible for them to renew it. This is from the Nominet site: "At any point during the suspension, your registrar can renew the domain name for you and the suspension will be lifted." Why can't I renew my domain then?

Hi Rae,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have been able to locate your email, and the reason that you received a standard response is because you didn't email us from the login email address of your Yola account. We require your login email address to locate and verify your account, and to determine what level of support you receive.

I have replied to your email with the steps to take to renew your domain.

I hope this helps! If have any other questions please let me know.
