My domain BritSAL.net expires in 2016...are we allowed to increase this time even though it's not due yet?

Hello BritSAL

If your domain subscription is not on auto-renewal, you can renew it manually anytime from My Yola > Domains. Afterwards it will be on auto-renewal. When your domain is on auto-renewal, you won't need to look after it at all. It will not expire, but auto-renewed at the end of your subscription period.

If you need more detailed assistance with your domain, please post your URL for me to find your Yola account in our system. Thanks.

I think you misunderstood. My domain expires in 2016 so is not due for renewal - but I just wondered if I can add an extra year or two, taking it to 2017 or beyond?
My domain is www.Britsal.net . I like to do this when I have the readies available for doing it - and also - I can avoid any price rises in domain renewals by doing this. Thank you for your response...
I prefer not to have it on auto renew...as this way I can do it when I can afford to.
Sally.
