I dont understand the email I have had from Yola, regarding renewing my Yola silver account. It states "And don't forget - if you redeemed your custom domain credit when you subscribed to Yola Silver, your domain will expire along with your Silver subscription. Once it expires, we can't guarantee you'll be able to renew it"...I paid extra to renew britSAL.net with Yola, and should have this domain until August 2014. The email doesnt give me much notice...and for sure I dont want my files deleted. I feel we should be given a months notice when Silver is about to expire. I wont have the available funds for three weeks, which means my site will be messed up, and I will probably be charged double to renew it. I also thought we had 5GB of storage per site? It's really rather distressing.
