Requesting a refund.

I have been charged for a Silver Account which I did not want, I wanted my Silver subscription to revert back to a free account, none of my sites are published so there is no need to have a Silver subscription. How do I get a refund of my $99.99?

I tried to delete my payment information so that the account wouldn't renew but the website will not allow you to delete payment information without replacing it with new information.
