you already have a resources folder thats why, There is no other word that fully describes resources except maybe tools, why not call it resources1 or myresources or or non plural just resource, you can text link it resources its just the page itself can not be called that becaus it already exsists.
Lee is correct - the name is reserved because it is the name of the resource folder of your site. Here is a workaround:
1) When you create the page, use whatever filename makes sense to you - it is only the filename that is reserved, not the word itself.
2) Click on "Edit Menu"
3) Next to the page you want to name "Resources", click settings. Type your desired name into the menu and hover text boxes and click "ok"
Your page name will then show up as "Resources" in your menu, but the filename will be one that is not reserved, so there will be no conflict.
