Retaining my URL in Yola

I have a bronze account at Yola, and my account info says it expires in April 2013- so I'd expect this to mean that my URL is mine until then.
But i've got this message from Yola saying that the domain name I'm using can be purchased by anyone else?
These two pieces of information seem to conflict. Can anyone help clarify my misunderstanding? thanks

Hello david,

A yola account has two elements:

the hosting plan, which is in this case bronze

and the domain. your website address.

These aren't combined they are separate aspects and need to be paid for separately.

It sounds as if your Bronze hosting is paid for up to April 2013

Your domain sounds as if it has expired so to redeem this you need to pay for another year's subscription for your domain. This needs to be done fairly quickly otherwise it can go into a lock-down period.

Hello David,

Gop explanation is correct. There are two different things you need to have a look at: the hosting subscription (in your case Yola Bronze) and your domain. Both may have a different expiry dates.

If you could share your domain with us, then we can look up your account details and let you know specifically what is happening.
