How do I get all my pages to have the same format, same background etc as my Home Page? Thank you, denise

I have my main page(Home Page)looking the way I want and then when I add pages they are the original template. I would like all my pages to hold the same formatting. Is this possible?

Hi Denise

Just a quick note - use your "save page as" function and save your new page. This will replicate your homepage. =)

So I have to copy it into each new page right? Ok, so I upload it from the file manager right? I think I get it. Thank you littleus, denise:)

Hello,
If you ever need to copy all the elements of a page, you can quickly do so using the Save As feature. Duplicating a page is also sometimes a wise action to take, before making any significant changes to it. That way you will not have lost any of your work if something goes wrong, or you simply don't like the changes you've made. You can always delete the copy, and your original page will still be there to go back to.

Here's how you do it:

1. Navigate to the page you want to copy
2. On the Yola toolbar, click on the down-arrow next to the "Save" button.
3. Choose "Save Page As"
5. The "Save Page As" dialog box will pop-up asking you to name your new page, (and give you the chance to change the page heading, and decide whether or not to include the new page in your menu).
6. Click "OK" and you're done. The newly created page will now appear up in the Page drop-down arrow of page choices, so you can go back to it again if you chose not to include it in your menu.

ty Emmy, I did finally figure that one out. I appreciate your good instructions though. Very easy to follow:) denise:)

PS For some reason I thought I had to do a save as file in the "file manager" side (instead of the "save" up above:)and that was what confused me:)
