Same stuff, different page...

Some people's sites have the same element on each page, like the same table, text or html box with the same info in it... Can Yola implement an apply to all pages option for each individual text or html box we create, like they do the banner images?
If you have a 100 page site, it sucks to have to go to every page to paste/change 1 thing or even adding a whole new text or html box to each page...
Some people may have to delete the old table (if there is one) off the pages, or even move some things around but that's easier than copying and pasting the new stuff to each page.

This would be fabulous! I strongly support this feature request and hope that we will be to implement it at some stage.

In the meantime I suggest this workaround:
1) Create a "template" page that contains the elements you would like to repeat on mulitple pages.
2) Then whenever you add a new page, instead of clicking "new page", click the drop down arrow next to the "save" button and click "save as." That way your content will automatically be carried over to the new page.

This doesn't work for making global changes of course, it only works for new pages you add. So we definitely need more "apply to all" options as you suggest!

I already use the save as feature... It just doesn't help the pages I've already done, and what if what I had in the box needs to change, the actual information? This means even if I save as to create a new page, I will still have to go to all of the other pages I have done and change the info in each box... Some people's sites are completed and they will add no more than one or two pages every once in a while, so they are OUT OF LUCK. Trust me, I'm taking advantage of that save as feature already, but because of what I need to do, as of now the save as feature is not relevant to my situation I already use >save as< for new and whole page templates, now give us >apply to all pages< for one common page element on all pages! LOL : )

Yes, I acknowledges this in my previous post. Although many people are not aware of the "save as" feature and it is a time saver once they discover it so I thought it was worth mentioning for the sake of anyone reading this thread. I do understand that an "apply to all" feature is still needed.

Yeah I kind of knew that answer had to be inclusive of everyone else! Helpful to others of course, that's how we have to be in this community... I am aware of that, I just didn't need it to be towards me as if I hadn't known this! For everyone else who doesn't save as now, please use this feature, and for us who need the same thing on each page or need to change the same thing on each page, WE'LL WAIT!
THANKS!
