Save My Custom Panel Design as an Easy-to-Use Preset?

Is there a way to save my design for my custom panel as a preset design? It's very hard to keep making the same custom panel on 50+ pages. Being able to save that design and just click on it would make things so much easier. If there's a way to do this, please let me know.
Thanks.

Hello Hoofbeatcustoms,

You can duplicate your pages using the "save page as" feature on your site.

Click on "page" and then select "save page as" from the drop down menu.

This will duplicate your page and any content on it. So you can first upload your custom panel widget and then save page as different pages for your site.

I hope this helps.

Is it possible to look at this again?

I use the same style custom panels throughout the website i design for people. (different for each site of course)

It is frustrating when I want to add another panel and have to recreate it each time. the answer about saving a page as a new name is not really a good enough response as this is only used in a very small way.

It would also be useful to have a cop and paste function - ie to copy a completed panel and paste it somewhere else

Hello openformula

I'm sorry to hear you find it frustrating to work with the Custom Panel Widget. We are aware of this suggestion to improve the widget and it's definitely under consideration. I'm afraid that I can't tell you much more at this stage, however, a copy/paste functionality is on our list.
