When I try to edit a banner---whether it's a Yola stock photo or my own upload---I can't get the edit to Save. The Save button is not visible in the Edit frame.

Hi stonesings.

In the interim you may like to use a third party image manipulation facility such as pixlr.com, paint.net, GIMP or Photoshop.

The Yola people will check out the issue of the editor on the website-builder .

Hi Gop,

That won't help. The issue is not with the image. The issue is with Yola not SAVING the manipulated image, stretched out within the editing frame. It uploads photos, and will stretch them as a banner. I first tried with your own stock images.

I understand that it's not the image but the editor in your sitebuilder that is not reacting as it should.

What will help is to do this with a third party manipulator and create the image and adjust it to the exact dimensions required for the placement, then upload it to your File Manager so that you can then add it as a banner image.

I understand as another user that Yola will need to look at this but in the short term this should get you going.

If you wish to post the image here and let me know the exact dimensions I'm happy to do this offsite and post it back ready to implement.

If it won't save an added image without needing to adjust it on the banner facility then that is a different aspect.
