It says that my website is published to www.thomaswalden.com but when I go to this link, it doesn't show on the URL - please urgently advise as I have been waiting for long for an answer.

Hi Stefan,

I cleared my cache and cookies and tried other browsers but if I type in my web address www.thomaswalden.com I only see the under construction page which was what I used when I had it hosted at the other company.

They did send me this which they asked that I pass onto Yola:
The domain transfer auth code is
RO&6W.3s1iqMN82n

Here is what I see:

Hello Kelly

Thank you for your feedback. Please don't post sensitive information like authorization codes on a public forum like this because it could be misused by others.

Your domain thomaswalden.com hasn't been transferred to us yet because the e-mail we sent you to request your approval has timed out. The e-mail was sent to the e-mail address you used for registering your domain, this is d...k@peronii.co.za (abbreviated to protect your privacy). Are you still using this e-mail? If so, please let me know, and we can resend the authorization e-mail which you will need to follow within 5 days. If you don't use this e-mail address any more, you'll first need to change your e-mail address associated with your domain which you must do with your domain provider (please contact their support for help if needed). Then let me know your new e-mail address, and we can resend the authorization e-mail to you.

In order to protect your privacy, I'd suggest that you rather follow up with us via e-mail using our Contact Support Form.

Thanks Stefan,

Noted about adding the codes! (forgot everyone can see it). I chatted to the ex hosting partner and he says that he never received this mail - please can you resend it. It seems that it is the correct e-mail address.

Hello Kelly

I have resent the authorization e-mail. Please tell your partner to check his spam and junkmail folders as well. In order to follow the further steps, please refer to our tutorial Transfer your domain to Yola. It can take up to 12 days until the transfer has been completed.
