Need help applying promo code during checkout

Today, I purchased a Silver Account and was never given the option to apply a coupon code, which I have. Also, my account status on my sites still says FREE with the option to upgrade. I assumed that once I purchased a Silver account that it would automatically upgrade to Silver. How are the websites setup that I own. Are they all under one umbrella. If I purchase a silver account, are they not all under that Silver account status. I am very frustrated with the checkout process and the account management setup and status! This is the second time that I have experienced an issue with checkout/payment system. Pulling out my hair now and screaming on the inside.

I am sorry that you are frustrated, and I would like to help you resolve your query.

I have reviewed your account, and I can confirm that your Yola Silver renewal payment has been processed and applied to your account. I can see that in your Sitebuilder the Account Status says that you are Free, and I can confirm that this is a technical issue on our end. I have raised it with our engineers and they will be investigating the root cause of this conflict and fixing it.

If you look at your Account Status on the My Yola page, you will see that it is Yola Silver. I have attached a screenshot for your reference. All Yola Silver features are still available to you, and I tested applying a Premium Style to your site which was successful. This feature is only available to Yola Silver account holders. Please note that this change was not saved, and your site is the same as before.

Yola Silver is an account status, so it will apply to all of your sites created in your account.

There is an option to apply a coupon code on all payment screens. You can click the blue "Enter promotional code" link underneath the card details form, and it will open the field when you can enter your promotional code. Click "Apply" and it will apply the discount to your total. I have attached a screenshot of this page.
