Scroll bars suddenly appeared in text widgets on my site which contain text formatted with the Heading styles that came with the Yola style template I used to build my site. This only occurs when viewed in a desktop browser, but not a browser on a tablet or smartphone.  Any advice for removing them would be appreciated. My site is  Thanks!

Hello Jeremy,

All the text widgets you refer to have their overflow set to "auto". I was able to turn these off locally on your site and they disappeared on desktop. The headings themselves appeared perfectly.

  • With scroll-bars

  • without bars

I don't know if this is something the infallible QC at Yola missed with some recent change or if t's something you have modified recently?

Hi Jeremy,

I've seen this happen before if your "Line Height" is set too low! In your Style Designer (under the "Fonts" section), click on the particular header and increase the Line Height, this should remove the scroll bars.

Hi Jeremy,

Adding on, our engineering team is looking into this as well, we believe it could be related to a release we did yesterday. I'll update you here when I know more.

Hi Jeremy,

It turns out that it was related to a release we did yesterday. Our engineers have fixed this up. You will need to make a small change first in your Sitebuilder such as hitting Enter in a Text Widget. Then, republish your site and the problem should be resolved.

Please let us know if you have further troubles with this.
