The down arrow on my browser's scroll bar doesn't work since the update. Anyone else having that problem?

Hello Kmv1109

Do you actually mean since the update of your browser of the update of the Yola Sitebuilder? What browser are you using and which version?

Since the Yola Sitbuilder update. I'm using Firefox 12.00. The scroll seems to work OK on every screen except the one with the toolbar that's now at the bottom of the Sitebuilder screen. I can drag the scroll bar and the up scroll button works, but the bottom one does nothing.

Hi Kmv1109,

Do you think it could be due to the thin size? As discussed here, we're going to plump it up in an upcoming release. If you feel it's unrelated, do you mind if we test in your account? If not, what's your site address?

My scroll bar actually looks like the normal size, so I don't believe that's the issue. My only problem is with the down arrow at the bottom of the bar. I can drag the scroll and use the up arrow button at the top just fine. You can test away in my account. I don't mind at all. Thanks!

Hi Kmv1109

I'm afraid that I wasn't able find your account in our system, using your Get Satisfaction e-mail address. Can you please provide your URL or login e-mail to your Yola account, so that I can test?

Hi again Kmv1109

I have just checked in my own Yola account. What should happen with the new Sitebuilder chrome is that your sidebars get replaced by slim sidebars which won't have up-scroll or down-scroll arrows at top and bottom.

I found out that the down-scroll arrow only doesn't work with Firefox. In Internet Explorer it does.

In Google Chrome and Safari the new sidebars are displayed as designed.

I have brought this to our specialists' attention. As a workaround you can use your mouse wheel/laptop pad to scroll, or you can drag the scroll bar up and down.

OK. Yes, I can function with dragging the scroll, so it's not preventing me from updating my site. I think I just automatically reach for the buttons. Thank you for the information, Stefan,
