If you need support from Yola please contact us via email@example.com or make use of our live chat service! We are working on a new approach to community-based support and during this transition period we are not adding any new threads to this forum. Many thanks to everyone who has participated over the years and we look forward to unveiling a new peer-to-peer support system soon!
When I enter the blog, I see the entire blog post. To see the comments I have to click on the title. Is there a way to, when entering a page, seeing only part of the blog post and the comment count below?
Unfortunately, in order to see the comment box, your visitor needs to click on the post. This is a drawback to our current integration with Disqus and hopefully it is something we can improve in a future release.
In the meantime here is the best solution I can suggest:
1. When editing your blog page, click the blue "Back" button in the sidebar on the right. This will give you access to the other website widgets.
2. Drag and drop a text widget onto the top of your blogpage.
3. Type in an instructional message for your blog visitors. For example: "Please click on my blog posts to leave a comment."
We realize that this is not an ideal solution, but hope it helps until we can improve this feature.
