Sending e-mail not working

Hi,
I have just installed 3 e-mail addresses for the domain afghanopportunities.biz.
I have configured these accounts through Outlook. All testmails are working fine. But when I try to send an e-mail (which has about 30 recipients) it's not leaving my outbox. I can't copy the error message and it's rather lengthy to remember.
Thank you for your assistance.

Hi Simran,

Could you post a screenshot of the error message?
This may help us discover what the problem is.

Thanks

I am very familiar with installing e-mail accounts on outlook - and I followed the in and outgoing server details correctly and all test-mails are going through. But when sending actual emails, occasionally one doensn't get sent - 2 mails today
I need this fixed - this is a company e-mail and I paid for each account
Thanks,

Hello simran,

Please do try going through the steps that John had posted in the link above and in particular this part:

If you are experiencing a problem with setting up your outgoing mail when creating your external email account, please try switching the STMP port setting to 587 or 8025. Some service providers block port 25 for security reasons.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

Thanks Sonja, I tried that - no change. Here's the error message: "the server responded: 4514.7.1 : end of data rejected: user" any thoughts, anyone ...?

that's the error message when trying the "Test Mail" in outlook. When using the actual mails the error message talks of "internal server error"....
Thanks again
