I would like to send my site www.canungranews.com to a distribution list on my outlooks contacts. ( 30 of my friends all at once) yet not just the web address link, I would like them to recieve it open like a newsletter, Is this possible?
There is not a way to embed a webpage in the body of an email. If you would like to do this, you will need to design the message in the email message. Most email programs these days allow you to style the message using font faces and colors. You embed pictures and add links as if it is a website that you are designing.
You need to ensure that your email program is set to Rich-text format and not Plain text, otherwise you will not be able to do this.
Also, if your email recipients are viewing the message in plain text format, they will not see the formatting in your email.
Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any more questions about this issue.
