SEO facility in Sitebuilder: a failure in quality.

Simply going into the Settings facility within the Sitebuilder hangs the builder. I reported this several weeks ago and nothing has been done about it. I was told that it was a known issue and was on the things to do.

I think that it is really poor to knowingly jeopardise a customers effort by continuing to offer the facility knowing that it can hang the builder and what's more you cannot save any work before closing the builder down and re-opening it. .. and doing nothing to fix or prevent the issues.

Hello Gop

Thank you for your feedback and reminding us of this error. I absolutely understand that the issue which occurs intermittently must be frustrating. I can assure you that we're well aware of it and that our engineering specialists are busy looking into it. I'm sorry that you feel it's taking us too long to fix it. We've got lots of things to do on our agenda, and we're working on them depending on priority and capacities. I'm hoping for your further patience.

As I still work a lot with the Sitebuilder privately myself, I've been affected by this error, too. However, I found out that refreshing the Sitebuilder tab makes the other Sitebuilder menu links accessible again. I know this doesn't help if you haven't saved changes, but at least you don't need to leave the Sitebuilder/log out to be able to go on working on your site.

Thank you for your continued critical observation of Yola which makes us aware of where we can improve, it's very much appreciated.

It's not intermittent. It's everytime. FF (auto-updated) Win 10.

Stefan, Yola are offering a product with failed specifications and by your admission, knowingly. There is no published notification of this short-coming. That's deception and a sloppy level of professionalism that is against the current business philosophy of full disclosure and transparency. It's also lazy. You have a VP who has the responsibility of detecting and solving such issues.... it's not happening

The rest of the response was manipulative and reactionary and someone else's dictation.

Hi Gop

What browser are you using? I use chrome and it is intermittent, and of course quite frustrating.

Stefan, thanks the refresh tip, it helps, but it isn't a solution, particularly since many users may not follow this forum.

You've got a point, Bonnie. All I can say is that we're aware of the problem and working on it. Thank you for your continued patience.
