Is there a way to allow someone access to only one of my sites. In other words, can each of my sites have a separate access login so I can allow another person update content, without having access to my other sites

Hi James

I'm sorry, at this time it not possible to achieve what you're asking. Probably the best way to work around this is to simply have different email accounts for each site. Only give people the username and password for those particular accounts.

Is this something you think yola could look at doing in the future?

This is a response I found from one of the Yola staff:

"Unfortunately we don't have a member register and login feature yet, but we hope to add it in future. We know that many people would like to have people register for accounts and have logins for their sites. We will need to do quite a bit of development to make this possible, so please be patient while we work on this."

I cannot say how soon this will be developed. I do know that Yola is constantly working on improving and upgrading their site-building tools and functions.

I hope that in the meantime, my suggestion can suffice.

Hi James,

It's certainly on our wish list!

Like Littleus has said, our best suggestion is that you create a separate account for the site you want to collaborate on and share these login details with the relevant people. This way you can keep the shared site separate from any other sites in your account.
