Hello Missy Jusmin

I understand your frustration, but I was able to open all of the websites that you posted above. Users on this forum have checked it on their end in different countries, and it seems to work for all of them. That's why it's very unlikely that this is a problem on Yola's side, so I'm afraid that we won't be able to fix it because everything is working as designed on our end.

Could you maybe try to access your website from a totally different computer, like in an internet café or something? I'm wondering if it's some networking problem special of Thailand, but as I know that Gop is based in Thailand and is able to open your sites, it doesn't seem to be the problem.

The networks, subscription plan and connection really play a marked role on apparent sites. Thailand for individual users is generally cable broadband or 3G connectivity. The national bandwidth is excellent but the international gateways are quite limited. Almost universally the system is ADSL and is oversubscribed at the low end and the most common. Users share the bandwidth and there's no guaranteed bandwidth for an individual on this subscription plan, it's a range only with no bottom limit and typically 10% or less of the national bandwidth.

If there is a push for international site access and it crowds the available bandwidth then users connection will be choked for sure. The asynchronous nature of the facility means that uploading will be affected most noticeably as saturation occurs as they switch the uploading quota width to the downloading facility and things like sitebuilding can noticeably be choked. New available bandwidth is only made available as the previous becomes frustratingly slow. Then there's a huge promotion by the providers for more subscriptions and within a very short space of time the band is again saturated.

The relatively recent and very late entry into 3G has been stormed by 3G phone users accessing the web so. This coincided with a major promotion of the new generation 3G phones from Jan this year, Bangkok is becoming public WiFi live with a substantial band availability but now saturated for international bandwidth.

I would suggest that Jusmin go to a CAT facility usually aligned with post offices in Bangkok. They have the most open band availability being the communications regulators of Thailand. I would be surprised if this doesn't make her sites available.

True Internet cafes are very fast as well.
