server issues...?

Hey,pls can you confirm that Yola is having server issues? Screen popped up telling me that it's not on my side, it's on yola's side.. Server Problems error. (you know the one) I've been having problems uploading images today, I initially though it was my css over-rides, not the case though, as that error popped up after a day of struggling. Can't see any recent topics suggesting an error though?

I'm having trouble editing my site and the site editor keeps getting stuck and won't load any pages. Was okay earlier on today, but I've been having issues for the past five hours or so.

Really sorry to hear this. Also sorry for the delayed response. If you are seeing the error message mik references then it is a server problem. However, the difficulty for us is that it is intermittent and difficult to reproduce and therefore nearly impossible to fix.

If you see this error again, please take a note of exactly what you were doing immediately before it occurred and the time that it occurred. If it is possible for you to post a screenshot of the error that would be extremely helpful.

We are continuing to investigate and need as much detailed information as you can give us to get to the bottom of this.

Thank you Monique and Mik. Just to let you know that the editor seems to be working fine this morning here in the UK, and is much more responsive - long may it continue!

Hey guys, same here in South Africa.

Not sure if you got the error message as well Mark, but Monique, I've only ever seen the one error message that yola gives when there's a server problem (on yola site not users) It's the webpage that has an old AUDIO TAPE with the spool spitting out mangled tape. Didn't get a screen shot at the time, sorry.

Def must have been on Yola side... I was just uploading images, nothing major.. did all tricks I could on my end to change. nada..

works now though...

Yes I am sure it was on our side. We do see some issues in our logs from a few hours ago, and these now appear to be resolved. If it happens again, please let us know.
