My Trend Micro says that server or a connection error occurred. It' not my internet connection because it's full. What should I try?

Hi lambofgod,

Do Trend Micro give more information on what the causes of this could be and what you can try and do to fix it?

(The pic is in the middle of the text because that's where your cursor was. Sometimes if you move your cursor while the pic is still uploading, it'll place it there :)

Thanks Marije! I will look around more but so far there isn't anything. It's weird because it worked fine yesterday and now it doesn't. (Thanks I had no idea how the pic moved and now I know)

Ok, I found out what I have to do. I have to add Yola into the exclude list. So I put in www.yola.com and now I can get to the homepage. But if I try to login it blocks me. What should I do now?

I think this has something to do with Trend Micro. To test this, can you try disabling it momentarily to see if you can login to Yola.com?

Or you could also try adding http://sitebuilder.yola.com to the exclude list - it's the URL used for the sitebuilder.
