Shopping bag problem in online store

Hi! Hope you can help. If you click on the shopping bag in the store you can't seem to get rid of it without refreshing. This might put customers off. Is there a way of not having the shopping bag symbol/function? Many thanks. Kirsty

Hello Kirsty,

Online Store → Advanced Options → System settings → General → Cart and check “Open bag when "Add to bag" is clicked” option.

It allows you to open the cart page after a product has been added to the cart/bag.

Hoping that this will do it for you?
