Silver Bullet? Website down.

Hi. My site is down because my silver package was not paid. Why are the silver facilities of my website not just disabled? Yola is advertised as free and that is why I came to it in the first place. As a small business it is known that we have cash flow problems especially in a lengthy recession. Could my website be reinstated please?

Your site would only become unpublished if Yola Silver expired and your site was relying on "Yola Silver facilities" as you say, to remain published. This means that if you were in any way exceeding the Yola Free limitations, your website would be unpublished. You can easily republish it once you bring your website in accordance with your Yola Free package. If you were published to a custom domain, this would require Yola Silver (or Yola Bronze) in order to stay online. If you had more than 2 websites published to the web, all of them would become unpublished in order to allow for you to select the 2 you want to republish using a free .yolasite subdomain.

If you need help bringing your website back within limits of Yola Free, please reply with your domain name and I'll be happy to take a look for you.

Khun Laura,

Are subscribers able to use the PayPal associated "Bill me Later" for Yola subscriptions? This may be a way for people with cash flow issues to have extended the period of credit without a liability of interest? Of course it's a slow torture if you beyond the terms of the "Bill me later" but potentially a hosting plan site saving option?

We all feel for people in the throws of a very young business with limited experience presumably.

Absolutely that's an option, and I totally agree on all counts. Yola is committed to helping small businesses not hurting them. That said, our free services can only extend so far.

Of course. It's a good thing to know and although maybe a bit uncomfortable for many but with a business plan it may very well be the way for people to have a quality website subscription. Thank you.

Thelittlehattery.com is a custom domain which means a hosting package is required in order to keep it published to the web. You can either renew Yola SIlver, subscribe to Yola Bronze, or publish your website to a free subdomain such as thelittlehattery.yolasite.com.

I hope one of these options suit your needs and you are back online soon because your hats are stunning and your website looks sharp!
