I have just renewed my silver account for a year which was due to expire on 10-04-2012, however my confirmation receipt now shows next billing date of Aug 6, 2013. Did I lose a couple of months by renewing early? Tranasaction number is f8e0f2aca8964d38ae03b095d3f900db for XProbeAgency.com.
Thank you for your early renewal! I checked your expiry date on our system and in your My Yola and it is set for 4 October 2013. So it appears that your receipt confirmation may have contained an error. You didn't lose any time off your subscription by renewing early, but we would like to investigate the problem with your receipt to avoid confusion in future. If you could forward it to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we could take a look, that would be helpful.
