SILVER SUPPORT IS ABSENT!

PAID for Yola Silver, but cannot get support by phone or email. What's up!

Hi Marilyn

It is currently Labor Day Week End in the United States and our call center is closed on US holidays. However, you can still reach us by email and this forum. I searched for an email from you using the email that you use for our forum and wasn't able to locate any recent ones. If you used a different address, then your email is most likely waiting in our support queue and will be answered as soon as someone is available to do so. If you used this email address, then kindly resend the email because for some reason we have not received it.

Thank You! The problem was with my e-mail. The e-mail address I use for my Yola account was just slightly different than the e-mail I send from, causing Yola computer to not be able to recognize me as a Silver subscriber. I changed the e-mail on my Yola account to match my sending e-mail, and I am NOW recognized as a Silver subscriber.

Also, I did receive an e-mail from Yola saying they were having problems with the phone option showing up in My Account and they were working on it. So I sent them my phone number via e-mail, and they entered it manually.

Now, I have the phone support as well.
