Such HTML forms are not stand alone.
It needs a third party server to send the email.

I personaly like emailmeform.com which is completely free for up to 5 forms.(unlimited submissions)

In 'your' HTML code, there should be a way to collect the user input and send it to you.
HTML is a client side, markup languagae that unable to use mail() function.
Every Yola user should use a 3rd party to create such forms untill Yola introduce their own form handle.

Hello Tyler

I'm sorry but I don't know of any HTML mailto form. There are the three forms that we suggest:

1. Form Assembly (integrated with Yola)
2. Wufoo (integrated with Yola)
3. Jotform

I hope one of those forms will meet your needs.
